Salted Tahini Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp Liquid Gold Tahini
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp lucuma
- 1 tsp maca
- 1/4 cup oats
- pinch of pink himalayan salt.
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender with desired amount of water/plant milk.
2. Blend until the texture is smooth and consistent.
